Bat-Rabid's dealings with the criminal mastermind Noel have come to an end.
Normally dates in the comic are adjusted to track with publication date; the video segment is from forty years in the future, and the main action in this particular instalment is a hundred or so years after that. Noel's assimilation into society was a slow process.
