That's a popsicle
It may take a few years to properly set someone back on their feet again after being popsicled but there's real trust in the system, as you can see. Changes the social dynamic somewhat.
And it's not like Noel stole some "microwave bomb" that doesn't manage to boil blood or cause arcing in metals.
