This was intended to be a 24-hour comic but my hand hurt too much twelve pages in. And then it turned into a crazy experimental study of the interaction between form and content in the comics medium.

[[Jimothy holds the day's handout. It is a comic.]] Rabid: Gosh, Dr. Quickly! What's the EMERGENCY? Dr Quickly: My special cheese -- THE INVENTION -- turned! This stupid bag HAS FAILED! It let too much air ESCAPE! Rabid: Uh, could you PHRASE that more clearly? Dr Quickly: When the lobster is ACTIVATED, it should seal the bag. Rabid: YOU ARE joking, right? Dr Quickly: The lobster senses that it is IN MORTAL DANGER so it clamps the bag extra tight. Rabid: What do you call this strange invention, PLEASE? Dr Quickly: The Zip-Lobster! Rabid: ... Dr Quickly: You do not RESPOND? Rabid: It is a stupid name.
