Noel: It's my birthday! Where is everyone?! Rabid: Maybe we can get out through the hatch? Rabish: We're already quite late... Dr Quickly: This was our big chance to make amends... Rabot: Regional President Noel! Remember that elevator that broke down in your old apartment building? Years ago?! Noel: Barely! That was years ago!! Rabot: Well I finally got it open and amidst some bones there was this present addressed to you!! Noel: Ooooh! Noel: I'll never not wear it! You guys really were trying to make amends!! International Worm: Your shirt is too offensive and you can no longer be Regional President if you keep wearing it. Noel: FINE.
